This is a photograph of High Falls in Rochester New York. There is a walking bridge crossing the river for views from different angles. I used a polarizer filter to darken the sky and slow the shutter speed for a more flowing effect with the water. Most of the time photographers photograph water falls in the woods, but I thought it was interesting to have one in the city.
